In the Final installation, we'll speak, for the last time, with our 11 decided voters from all across the Philadelphia region (and a couple beyond) who will explains whether or not voting really matters.
Democrats to Republican; Republican to Libertarian, Independent to Democrat - some people change their party affliation like people change clothes. Some have been loyal to their parties since birth. And others are looking for the perfect candidate beyond the two-party system. Hear what makes a person a voter and what they feel about the importance of voting in general.
